LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– The City of Lansing’s Code Blue cold weather emergency plan has once again been activated ahead of upcoming cold weather conditions. Code Blue will go into effect at 7 p.m.
The Code Blue plan enables local shelters to operate additional hours and temporarily increase capacity as available.
With temperatures expected to dip below freezing, Schenectady County has declared a Code Blue to help ensure people have access to emergency shelter.
