Microsoft said Thursday that it was working to resolve technical issues that were getting in the way of people sending and receiving email messages in its Outlook application.

Microsoft services, including Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365 are experiencing a significant outage that's still going on as of early evening, Pacific time.

Initially, Microsoft noted that impacted features included, but were not limited to: Sending and receiving email through Exchange Online, including notification emails from Microsoft Viva Engage.
