The OG bride wars centered on two best friends who share dreams of getting married at the Plaza Hotel in the month of June.

The new Bride Wars is being written and led by Sascha Rothchild, who recently served as showrunner on Netflix’s XO, Kitty. Roberts will both star in and serve as an executive producer for the series.

Roberts is also an executive producer on the new project, which is currently being developed.
