Colossus The Forbin Project Clip Eighteen | Ray's Movie Moments

Behold the ultimate crab colossus! This is the coconut crab, the largest of the hermit crabs, although, ironically, it lives without a shell, protected by its resilient armor of exoskeleton. We were filming in Vanuatu when we discovered this cool crustacean. Unfortunately, they are unsustainably hunted and are disappearing fast! Thankfully, we got to feature an important conservation organization, trying to keep this incredible species alive!  | Jeff Corwin
