Just Jorhat Things  on Instagram: "Incidents of cattle smuggling continue to surface in Upper Assam, with the latest case reported from Dibrugarh district. A suspected cattle lifter, identified as Illahi Ali, was apprehended by members of the public at the Chandmari Ghat area on Saturday night. Sources said the accused was caught while illegally transporting cattle in a vehicle. Five cattle were rescued during the operation. The public later handed over Illahi Ali to the Dibrugarh police for fu
