The Crushed Velvet Effect, this was my second try at this and though it's still not perfect, I learned a few things that I can pass on to you. ~ 💜 The absolute most important thing to do is to add the plastic film just as did in this video, lay it down bit by bit or you'll end up with a ton of large bubbles under the wrap which will totally ruin your effect. 💜 After you've placed the plastic into your resin, don't scrunch it, but gently press it to form the folds.
