Meet the Asian small-clawed otter - the smallest otter in the world! Measuring roughly 90cm from head to tail, Asian small-clawed otters are found in freshwater habitats across south-east Asia. They mostly enjoy a diet of crabs, molluscs and small aquatic animals - as you can see here. Sadly threatened by habitat loss and hunting, Asian small-clawed otters are in decline. We're working with Cambodia’s Ministry of Environment to protect these wonderful animals and safeguard their homes. 📸 FFI |
